about the roles:
Server / Bartender
$16.66/hr + tips
Must be 21+
We’re looking for a seasoned pro who’s ready to jump behind the bar or onto the floor with confidence. You should have at least one year of experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar. Familiarity with classic cocktails, wine service, and local craft beers is required—we love fast learners, but this is a must to get started. Weekend availability is essential. Bring the energy, we’ll bring the guests.
Dishwasher / Prep Cook
$16.66/hr + tips
No experience needed
If you’re dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a fast-paced kitchen crew, this is your chance. We’ll train the right person—just bring a great attitude and a willingness to learn. A great way to start in the industry or grow your kitchen skills.
Line Cook
$17/hr + tips (typically $1–$2/hr)
Some experience preferred
We’re building a strong, reliable kitchen team and looking for line cooks who care about quality, consistency, and pace. Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate. Come ready to learn, grow, and work in a fast-moving, collaborative kitchen.
Host / Food Runner
$16.66/hr + tips (typically $2–$4/hr)
As the first and last face our guests see, you set the tone. We’re looking for upbeat, friendly folks who love making people feel welcome. You’ll help seat guests, run food, and keep the flow of the restaurant smooth and hospitable. No experience needed—just a great attitude and a great smile.
Barback
$16.66/hr + tips
Must be 18+
Think of yourself as the bartender’s right hand and a key player in the guest experience. We’re looking for someone personable, hardworking, and naturally hospitable—restaurant experience helps but isn’t required. You’ll help stock, clean, and support the bar team while keeping your cool in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is required.
