Join us for an exclusive evening celebrating the exceptional wines of Seven Hills Winery, one of Walla Walla’s most renowned producers. This four-course dinner will feature a carefully curated selection of Seven Hills wines, each paired with dishes designed to complement their depth and character.

Seven Hills winemaker Bobby Richards has been crafting wines at the winery for over eight years, refining their reputation for producing elegant, terroir-driven expressions of Washington’s best vineyards. While Bobby won’t be in attendance, his expertise is evident in every bottle.

Wine Lineup:

 • Sauvignon Blanc or Rosé  – A bright, refreshing start to the evening, showcasing crisp acidity and vibrant fruit flavors.

 • Merlot – Smooth and approachable, with notes of ripe plum, blackberry, and subtle spice.

 • Red Blend – A well-balanced blend that highlights the best of Seven Hills’ Bordeaux-style winemaking, with layers of dark fruit and soft tannins.

 • Cabernet Sauvignon – A structured, full-bodied wine with bold flavors of cassis, black cherry, and cedar, reflecting the winery’s signature style.

 • Petite Verdot – A rare, winery-only release with intense dark fruit, floral aromatics, and powerful tannins. Limited availability.

 • Pentad – Seven Hills’ flagship Bordeaux blend, crafted from the best vineyard sites and barrel selections. Complex and age-worthy, this wine is available exclusively through the winery and special events like this.

All wines will be available for purchase during and after the dinner, including special by-the-glass pours of the Petite Verdot and Pentad.
