IT’S COMING BACK!

It’s back. Craft & Gather’s winter bourbon cocktail—the kind that’s built to keep you warm. Our famous house-infused bourbon old fashioned, crafted with care. Orange peel, vanilla bean, clove, oak…and yes, bing cherries. All mingling in the barrel for a full week. Patience gives it depth. Served over a crystal-clear ice cube, finished with a dash of orange bitters, a touch of sugar. It’s rich. It’s bold. And it’s almost here for the season. Sip on something that says oh yeah!. The first batch will be ready this coming Tuesday. Unfortunately we are still not allowed to sell it togo. So come in and sip with us. 

THE STORY

It started as a spark. Our team member Stephanie crafted this old fashioned just before the world changed. Four bottles sat ready, waiting. Then COVID hit. Doors closed, but with a shift in liquor laws, we found a way to keep it alive. Bottled up, it became a lifeline—selling out week after week, a bunch of bottles moving like clockwork. It found its place, earned its keep. Now, it’s back in-house as our winter bourbon cocktail, here for a limited time, holding the warmth of those days. Catch it while you can. Cheers!
